The location was very convenient. Close to the train station and the royal palace. i found the restaurant and bar nice, with a good variety of food and drinks. the rooftop bar was a great amenity. the front desk staff was very helpful .

The lightning in the room wasn't good, it was a recurring issue across different rooms. Practicality suffered for the sake of ambiance.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the location ideal, close to the metro and the royal palace. i also appreciated the rooftop pool, even though it was a bit crowded. breakfasts offered a good variety of tasty items.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear doors closing nearby, which shook the bed. it also made it hard to sleep sometimes.

I appreciated the well-equipped gym, it included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The outdoor jungle gym with a boxing bag was a nice addition. The breakfast buffet offered several options.
